Plant Based Meals — Restaurant in San Diego

I've been incredibly busy this year for my last year of nursing school, so I sought to free up time while maintaining a healthy diet. PBM has been delivering food to my door for the last 6 months and here’s my experience.

First of all the food, delicious, filling, and well thought out. They are impressively divers with the menu. How they manage to have new meals week after week is crazy. I can count on one hand the times I've seen the same meal in 6 months! They even have environmentally friendly containers so you can avoid plastic waste. Frank, their delivery driver is always punctual and friendly. The owners I can only describe as wholesome people with great personalities.

The website is easy to use and you get to choose how many of each meal you want each week. This means you can choose your food based on your schedule. Wont have a microwave due to being on the road? No problem, just choose the hearty salad of the week. Want to get high protein because you're pumping iron? No problem, choose the high protein option for the week.

I would scream it From the TOP OF MY ROOF, if I thought it'd be loud enough on just how HAPPY I am with this meal prep company!!! :D Way to knock it out of the park!!! ...On quality, flavor, meal diversity, eco-friendly packaging, easy to use website, and customer service. I've been having PBM delivered for about 6 weeks now . I've used other meal prep companies in the past, and I feel that PBM meals are far superior in taste . I think it's because they make their sauces from scratch ..with no added sugars, oils or preservatives. And they have a lot of variety of choices from their menus. The food tastes SO good! What a difference! I am feeling better on the daily, have more energy, and am not experiencing mid day crashes after I eat. I think I've even lost a couple pounds. PBM's portions are substantial too. I can even make 2 portions out of 1 meal. My mouth now waters at meal times, and it's been super convenient for me knowing that have a well balanced, high quality meal waiting for me and a long day of work. You ladies Rock!
