This studio is a safe and calming space for me, and one of the activities I look forward to most in my day's. There are various instructors, all are talented, motivating and helpful. I really like the reservation system that ensures your spot in the studio and the ability to be waitlisted should your preferred class be waitlisted. I've had one opportunity to stay for a social hour after a class, and it was really fun and a great way to meet other like-minded people. I don't have little ones, but they have an area for childcare during your class, which is really great for those that do. Every single instructor is outstanding, the studio is beautiful, and the whole experience is positive and uplifting. The messaging of body positivity and inclusivity is real, and the instructors walk the talk. I love the way you are warmly greeted when you enter, and how the instructor is present in the lobby after class to chat with members. The workout meets you where you are, and you can adapt it a myriad of ways to suit your personal needs or preferences (I love that "cheating" in other workouts is "options" in barre3). I've done a lot of group fitness in my life (especially dance-based). Barre3 is by far my favorite. I'm so grateful to have a studio in my...
