This store has the worst customer service i have ever experienced anywhere! Even with the best deal on a dress it is not worth it to have to deal with the store manager, Debbie. I travelled all the way from MD with my daughter and daughter-in-law to look in on a dress for my son's fiancé. After walking in we waited to speak to Debbie who had been informed several times and up to that morning that we would be visiting to look at the dress. When we spoke to her and explained who we were she very rudely said that she didn't remember because she speaks to alot of people every day. She was looking through a catalog and never bothered to look up when speaking to us. When she finally brought the dress to us she just hurriedly hung it up right in the lobby on top of several other dresses and we had to request to see the dress in a fitting room or somewhere with a bit more privacy (the lobby is DIRECTLY in front of the store's entrance). She impatiently told us that we would have to wait although we could clearly see an empty fitting room immediately available. We waited several minutes before she brought the dress back to a fitting room where we could inspect it and hovered over us IN THE FITTING room and refused to leave us alone with the dress. We asked to see the same dress in another material which she only allowed us to look at for MAYBE 5 seconds and then whisked away BOTH dresses without even asking if we were finished inspecting the dress.

Before we left we went to the counter to inquire about ordering the dress and how long it would take to be delivered. Debbie still continued to be rude and was very short with her answers, behaving as if she was trying to rush us out of the store. All this time she was still looking down in a catalog and never ONCE looked up when we were trying to have a conversation. My daughter-in-law even asked about their return process in case we got the dress and something happened in shipping or if we received the wrong dress; only then did Debbie look up and replied in an accusatory manner "That makes me suspicious of you all if you are asking that question." At this point we decided that no amount savings would make it worth our while to have to deal with a such an unprofessional and rude business and left the store.

Although my son's fiance was disappointed we didnt bring a dress back, I would never do business with this vendor, even if they sold a dress for $1 I would rather go to Target or pay thousands of dollars for the same dress at a store that had workers who showed common courtesy and were do not get defensive when simply ASKING about returns in case of a worse...

Anything you read or hear about their poor online service and poor shipping has got be wither a mistake or a lie. My experience was great!

I have ADHD and in the spirit of lack of impulse control I purchased my dress at 2 am on a whim. The very next morning. I had intense anxiety about the situation. Did I just throw money into the ether? How can I guarantee I'll get the product I paid for? So, I went straight to the reviews. Found lots of negative things concerning ordering online and shipping. I've worked for a boutique before, and I know angry customer tends to lie on those reviews more than a restaurant or mom and pop antique shop. So, I called the boutique myself and explained my anxieties to Daryl (I wish I knew how to spell your name, girl!) She was so sweet and assured me that I was going to get my dress in plenty of time.

After those reviews, though, my anxieties weren't entirely settled until I received my shipping number. It took just under a week to ship, but I suspect to keep costs down and keep the UPS guy from wasting his time they likely have a scheduled pickup-ergo, you gotta wait a few days! This is not a Wal Mart or Amazon, it's a real shop with real people who have guests to tend to and work to finish. I didnt mind waiting if it meant I was getting my money's worth.

After it sent, it only took 3 or 4 days to arrive (typical for UPS, USPS is faster but less careful with packages in my experience)

I opened it up and she is perfect! Exactly what I paid for and, to combat one review I saw floating around, is most definitely a legitimate Jovani dress. I have my first appointment to try it on coming Monday and I cant wait! Thank you Daryl, Derek, and everyone else there who works so hard to make peoples fantasy version of themselves become a reality-keep doing you. Will most definitely be visiting the shop in person to buy something small if I'm ever...

if i could give no stars i would. i went there WITH an appointment. i got there a little early. i’d say about 10 mins early and the woman put her finger up and said “hold on, i’m dealing with another bride right now.” and walked off. so i just started looking at the dresses. about 30 mins later she went to help a woman who had JUST walked in with no appointment. at this point i just started picking out a few dresses to try on. another 10 mins pass and then she walks up to me and says “hello, is there anything i can help you with?” and i looked at her and said yes, i had an appointment about 40 mins ago to try on wedding gowns. she looked at me a little confused and said “okay well since it’s 40 mins after your appointment you’re going to have to reschedule because i have another bride scheduled for a fitting in about 15 mins” i told her that i came in and told her i had an appointment and she not only disregarded me, ignored me, she was completely rude. so she apologized and said if i wanted to try dresses on i can. so i thought she was going to help me try on dresses...nope. so there was a dress that was like one size smaller than my dress size so i called her over and asked if she had it one size larger... she looked me up and down and said “uhm no, that’s the largest dress size we carry. you can order it online if you wish to have a custom size made for you.” i looked at her baffled. i felt so judged and insulted by another woman who’s supposed to help me look for a dress for my big day. i just went back in the dressing room. took the dress off and put the dresses back on the rack and left. i do not recommend this place to ANY woman. i’m at a loss for words in all honesty. super unprofessional, rude, demeaning, and just FULL of so much negative comments and attitude. i wouldn’t come here unless you’re okay with that type...
