Not a great experience at all! - Did not feel welcome in the store to simply look at dresses - after being told that they were not taking apts for black Friday we asked if we could look at dresses to get an idea of what they had. They were hesitant to show us the dresses and after opening the showcase room door - another employee came in and reiterated with a firm and very unwelcoming stance that I could not try on dresses. I replied with "yes I understand that just wanted to look and try to make an apt for the future". There was only one other customer in the store and they seemed to be focusing all of their attention on her which is fine, I guess if you dont want try to sell anything in the future. The dress samples were so tattered and most of them had makeup ALL over the collars of the dresses and the bottoms were extremely dirty. I get that they are "samples" but not a great impression to try to sell an expensive item. I was sad and disappointed and will not be back to...

Great customer service and a beautiful store! Everyone working here is always very welcoming and friendly, but my absolute favorite to shop with is Rachel.
