Burger Lounge — Restaurant in San Diego

I order 2 burgers(no onions), 2 regular half and half’s and 2 drinks. We got 2 burgers(with onion!), 1 large half and half and 2 drinks. The drinks need to be refilled behind the counter, which is annoying when the restaurant is busy. The ketchup was out and tables were dirty. It took over 30 minutes to get our food, so I asked for it to-go. When I said this, the lady at the counter was rude and rolled her eyes. Then when I mentioned missing a half and half, she said that she just decided to do 1 large half and half’s which was frustrating because I needed two for two people since, ya know, that’s literally what I ordered. I decided to not even ask for ranch or ketchup and left. Never going back and was super annoyed and starving!! Over 30 minutes to wait and get the wrong order is ridiculous . I wish they would have at least told me they were running so far behind on orders…Next time I’ll go to chipotle next door. I don’t even usually complain and I try to be overly nice but woah! We placed an order on the phone. This is what happened: Me: "We would like to order two classic burgers, one turkey burger and once plan burger" Burger Lounge: "Plain as in just meat and bun?" Me: "Yes. Can you please repeat to confirm the order?" BL: "I have three classic burgers" (I'M NOT KIDDING) Me: "That's incorrect. We need two classic burgers, one turkey burger and one plain burger" BL: "Got it" Once we arrived, we confirmed with the guy at the cashier, who had the correct order. We waited a few minutes then we got our order, but we didn't check. After we got home, we found one classic burger, once plain and one turkey. The second classic was missing. The receipt had 2 classic burgers, but they modified 2 to 1 with a sharpie. Unexplainable. We called the manager, who was helpful and offered to pick up the missing burger for free. This has always been my favorite place since they opened In Fact, I drove 20 miles yesterday to take my sister to lunch at this particular Lounge Burger

unfortunately the burgers arrived Raw, very raw so we sent them back .

Waited over 10 min. but when mine came back it was terrible. It had grilled onions as well as raw onions . I did not order cheese yet it had cheese and when I bit into the so called famous loungeburger grease dripped down my arms as though the meat had been deep fried.

also. the Patty had been smashed so flat that it was more than an inch larger than the bun. It was also cut completely in half so every time I would take a bite half the meat fell out the bottom

I would not recommend this place ever again unless you only have some...
