This Starbucks (#22277) has friendly service, however, it's hard to keep track of all the baristas since the faces are always changing.
If Brandon (manager) or Eric are around you're in luck since you're sure to receive exemplary care. If Elliot is behind the register ask him to sing you a song and he might look at you funny at first but usually obliges. The drinks are the usual fair and there are often samples ready for the taking while swiping your card when paying.
Only 4 stars were given since the internet is terrible and gets worse in the afternoon for some reason no matter how many people are there. Also, there is just one speaker so the accoustics are uneven and the air conditioner is constantly being adjusted since it doesn't operate quite right either. The outside seating has recently been downgraded since the comfortable couches were taken away and only older tables and chairs are available.
There is entertainment on Thursdays from 2-5 and is quite engaging. If you're serious about exotic and rare coffees ask Brandon for a coffee cupping since he is known for a talented palet and the coffee knowledge to go along with...
Read moreI don’t normally write reviews but this was too bothersome of an experience not too. I am a local in the neighborhood and have been getting my morning coffee from this location for the last few years. I’ve always enjoyed my experience and felt the staff was friendly and even some knew me my name and would say hi.

When this happened yesterday the female barista looked at me and rolled her eyes with the request, gave it back to me with coffee spilling all over the cup and proceeding to go and make a snarky comment under her breath to the other barista working.
Kindness goes a long way and unfortunately I will not be back. Just because you’re behind the counter doesn’t mean we...
Read moreI walked up thinking they were closed, no sales rep in sight, just chairs upside down on the tables as if they were closed. I saw the store hours and decided to give the door a tug....they were OPEN! Never in my life have I walked into a starbucks on a Saturday night at 8pm to the store being completely empty and employees cleaning for their 10pm closing duties. They had EVERY and ALL chairs upside down on EVERY table (they just got done mopping during store hours which was apparent because the mop was out but the floors were 90% dry). I THINK if their management team knew they picked closing duties over making sales and serving customers they would not have jobs.
Low and behold...after I go in...a sea of people walk in behind me who were there hanging out in the quad out side and say..."oh wow, we thought you guys were...
