I am not impressed with the customer service at the NEX home store. We were told that we wouldn't be charged a re-stocking fee for a sectional we had ordered & returned, except for the part that had to be ordered. They had two of the sections in stock, but the other had to be ordered. We were also told that after returning the sectional, we would be automatically refunded in 1-5 business days. After the 5 days & not seeing the return, we called & they said we had to physically go in to get our money refunded. It's not exactly a small amount of money we were waiting for & isn't convenient for us to keep going in. I asked to speak to a supervisor a few times & they were never available. The associate said it would be better if we came in. Why?! Is there no system to follow up on things? For 5 days, no one contacted us about refunding our money for the RETURNED couch. It seems very sketchy to me. When my husband went in for the refund they charged him the re-stocking fee for the entire couch & said whoever told us we would only be charged for the part ordered, was wrong. I am beyond frustrated that we were continuously told conflicting things & that they didn't hold themselves accountable for telling us we wouldn't be charged the full re-stocking fee. Navy Exchange fr outside 2 the rest room is well kept, but spacious every thing has its own places 2 look @ there is jewelry repair, food chains separate from the shops not mentioned food chain of varieties are inside the vicinity cleaner restrooms there are balcony tables that u can hang out w/ friend & family not 2 mention the Commissary is inside the area where u can have a short trip 2 the winery geez Starbucks in the middle of the food court Navy Exchange & COMMISSARIES, u change your mind goin 2 the city & dedies juz go off the Entertainment Amusement park the ticket center is juz besidesthe Starbucks San ka pa I am comfortable goin there I knew I be safe & secured because there aremilitary service most I am pleased when you go inside the ...
