We engaged Chef Christoff for an intimate wedding celebration dinner, and he could not have impressed us more. I’m a big foodie, from a French family that loves to cook and eat, so I usually have some “notes” on the food, but in this case… none! Every bite was perfect. The crab cakes were full of delicious crab meat, over a zingy, warming chipotle sauce. The short rib was out of this world, melt in your mouth. The desserts were so good that even though everyone was full by the end of the meal, they couldn’t help but finish them all. Even the salad showed great attention to detail and balance.
