Andy from Wood & Steel Live music was an absolute professional to work with. I was honored with the task of finding the music for my wedding. I knew I wanted to do something special and not your average DJ. Live music was the way to go and my wife and I wanted a band. The Wood & Steel website is very easy to navigate and there are some very talented bands to look into to. Hard to pick just one. We ended up going down a worm hole and fell in love with the energy and charisma of Sweetheart & The Rodeo. The voices and the way they maneuvered their instruments was pure art. They made our night so special. They were very kind and really got our guests cutting up the dance floor. The vendors were even incredibly impressed. I was able to hire this band in a very short time with no rehearsals, and this was a highly professional group of first class entertainers who made my event the talk of the town. The music was dedicated to one of the most highly respected gentlemen in the community who had recently passed, and it was his wish that this was a joyous time of remembrance and his love of country music. Andy and True Blue were a fantastic addition to our wedding. I can't recommend them highly enough. Our venue only allows acoustic live music and we are casual bluegrass fans, so a string band was a logical choice. True Blue really delivered. They were able to play a song by a local band that we'd been really wanting for our processional (Salty Strings - San Rafael Waltz) and it sounded amazing. They also played welcome drinks and cocktail hour and were a huge hit. We really enjoyed it and lots of people told me how much they did as well. They are excellent musicians and a pleasure to work with. Absolutely would hire them again or go see them play....
