A beautiful course, but some administrative changes need to be made. Our group of 6 to 12 women have played twice a week and had lunch afterwards at Fleming for the last two years. Nevertheless, our tee time was intentionally cancelled. Multiple conflicting explanations all blamed us. Despite no other players in sight either in the parking lot or checking in, we were told all surrounding tee times were full and were offered a tee time nearly an hour later. We were effectively kicked off the course. Even the starter for the Harding Park Course who spontaneously approached us couldn't understand the "mixup".
It was obvious that there was some behind the scenes issue that was never honestly discussed with us. One staff person made it her mission every Friday when she was present to comment to the other staff that "they never have 4 players". But no one ever explained that within the 24 hour cancellation time they still wanted us to call with the new number of players and it wasn't sufficient to announce this when we checked in a half hour before our tee time.
Several weeks ago we were wrongly accused of having made a racial slur to two young players on the course. We denied the allegation and no effort was made to clarify the alleged incident with us. Was this issue settled for the club? I suspect not.
A little more honesty and respect for the customer and a little less passive-aggressive attitude would go a long way in...

Read moreReally nice little course, but filled with lower than average golfers and children. It's a great place for those new to golf or those with children that have a slower pace and/or aren't concerned with pace of play. I also felt a bit unsafe due to the amount of balls hacking offline and hearing "fore" way more than Im used to. The 18 hole TPC course is more expensive, but for the serious golfer. Fleming, not so much. The staff wasn't the friendliest, so I give them a...
