“Chipotle is my lifeeeeee” This place literally saved my life! After a miserable day, getting taken to the middle of no where, with no public transportation in the area, and had to find my own way to get home since the driver I was with decided to torture me that day & make me feel as if getting out of the car would be the best option for me than having to deal with another moment of suffering by staying in the car. I had to walk on the freeway, & take 5 busses to get back home to San Francisco. My phone dies on the last bus I was on. I wanted to go to Petco cause I needed supplies for my Guinea Pigs. On the last bus I was on, a Tarzan looking human was mad at the world & swinging on all the handle bars, walking up & down the bus making everyone feel like they were in danger, attacking the bus driver by swinging on a handle bar and kicking him. Muni Security took care of it & got them off, but it did delay a lot of time for me to make it anywhere before they closed. I was going to blame everything on Tarzan If I couldn’t make it to Petco or Chipotle before they were closed. I asked someone for the time since my phone was dead, & they told me it was 9 o clock, so I was super bummed out cause I thought the whole plaza was closed at 9PM. I found out Petco closes at 830 so I wouldn’t have made it anyway. I walk over to Chipotle & looked at their store hours… THEY CLOSE AT 10!!!! I walk in all confused like are they really open? The time was 930 when I walked in and I was able to order & finally go home to enjoy what I was craving during my whole 8 hour trip home. Plus I was starving from all the walking I was doing the whole day. But Chipotle still being open when I came in was the best moment/ feeling ever! Thanks for feeding...

Sarita & Tevon gave me the sweetest, nicest 5 Star service. The atmosphere here is also nice with great neighborhood mall and amazing people.

Unfortunately, if you do your research, if true, chipoltle pre cooks the food at a national kitchen, pre cooked via sous vide type method in plastic bags before distributing nationwide to their stores. At the retail level, the staff reheats your food in plastic bags. If you are there when the food trays run out, you can see this is true, they bring out the new food hot in plastic bags.

They say online, independant food testing Chipoltle has tested very high for microplastics & phalates aka carcinogenic exposure. With the rise of cancer atributed to our poisoned food supply which allows chemicals banned in europe, canada, other countries, it is recommended to be cautious of microplastics in our food and drinks, water etc..

Total jerk Service Manager CHRIS!!! If Chipotle management see this review, you need to fire this crazy personnel! I had only one question: I might be overcharged. I showed him my credit card statement with a gentle and soft attitude. But he responded “YOU MUST ORDERED THE GUACAMOLE. IT’S ONLY A FEW DOLLARS, WHY DO YOU MAKE SUCH A BIG DEAL! I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY TO YOU. YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW!” And then leave by himself. What’s wrong with you?! Are you out of your mind to be this manic?! As a customer, I cannot inquire how much I paid?!
