Grocery Outlet has been there for us through out the pandemic. In addition to their wide assortment of reasonably priced wine they have great produce with organic products, an assortment of meat and fish, as well as frozen good. the owner Ray is trying to cater to the tastes of the neighborhood and is open to suggestions. I included some photos of wine I've tried paired with food I bought there. Plenty of parking!

Poor quality merchandise. Bought a glass pitcher and it leaked from the spout so I exchanged it & the new one leaks from the same spot. I give up.

RUDE EVENING STAFF!!! The store itself has good items and really great prices. BUT SOME OF THE STAFF ARE HORRIBLEY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL. There is a particular employee who works night (heavy set and wears glasses, baseball hat and probably in his late 40s or 50) who has gotten into shouting matches and been verbally abusive disrespectful to customers on numerous occasions that Ive witnessed including to me. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and this employee makes shopping here at nights impossible...buyers should not be attacked for running a few minuted late grabbing items after work. He makes shopping there impossible most nights if you happen to only have time after 8pm He likes to close the store well before 9pm despite the hours listed out front and kicks out customers while berating them and calljng them stupid or ret@rd which I PERSONALLY WITNESSED cominng out one night. Fortunately i wasnt his punching bag that night. Ive raised the matter to the night manager BUT NO ONE CARES OR SAYS A WORD TO HIM. This is costing tbe store money hyrting the busuness and frustrating people who were about to make purchases. All because some employee doesnt want to wait moment longer to finish ringing buyers up because he wants to finish his shift more than he wants to do a good job and ensure repeat business. He will grow exceedingly impatient and start rushing people out of.the store sometimes as early as 8:45. Additionally, on more than one occasion I've observed him getting VERY disrespectful to buyers because they happened to still be shopping after he makes announcement that store is closed on the PA at 8:50...he seems to expect that everyone drop qhat they wanted to still grab and rush franyically towqrds the checkout so he can get home a little early. Staff IN PARTICULAR the man with glasses and baseball cap make shopping het night miserable and uncomfortable. Come during the day or go to another location where staff are taught to bwhave respectfully and care enough for customer service to do their job correctly without...

Grocery outlet stores are among my TOP TOP TOP favorites for various reasons:

  1. They have nailed the shopping atmosphere, from good music to ample space. It's a relaxing place to shop, so that's how I end up buying a little extra ;). A vibe not to miss most deff. Other reviews have stated problems with the security guard but I've never had one, at this location or others!
  2. In my experience, staff have always been friendly and ready to help if I need it. I will point out that I rarely have interactions but that's my personal preference. It's respected too. I'm saddened to see other reviews stating that staff are intrusive, harassing and abusive :(.  I've been coming to this location for a few years now and have never had a problem.
  3. As others have said, it can be a hit or miss but most recently I have noticed that they are introducing their brand of items. Assuming those will be items you can find indefinitely, they are solid! Hit or miss items are by random brands and some big name brands. You can find steady items by brands such as Heinz, Driscoll's, Kellog's, Naked, Lay's, Cheetos, Folgers, Planters, Kraft, Pillsbury etc. Typical go to's. I like the variety, you definitely don't know what you'll find when you walk in. Quite refreshing, for my taste buds as well. A unique experience you don't find at other stores. Some items are marked at unbeatable prices.  Grocery outlet, bargain market indeed!
  4. I could probably continue this review but I don't want it to end up being an essay. BORING! LOL  I can never thank enough the staff at all the locations I have been at for their exceptional customer service and attention. Corporate and operators yall are doing something right forsure. Keep it going. Come check this place out. Give it a G.O! See what I...

INCREDIBLY RUDE & VERBALLY ABUSIVE EVENING STAFF!!! BUYER BEWARE...One of the regular employees with glasses and hat who seems to work every night after 5p thru closing likes to close the register early before 9pm and rush everyone out of the store regardless of the items they were about to purchase. He will get angry, verbally abusive and start bullying people out the door around 8:50...it's like his house is on fire and not a moment can be spared in the name of good customer service and repeat business because this worker would rather insult customers, tarnish the store and have it lose money and ruin relationships all so he can shave a few minutes off of his work shift. At times hundreds of dollars have probably been lost because he tells people to leave in the rudest way imaginable at 850/855pm...one time I arrived to the store at 8:52 as it was pouring outside. I'm coming from work. And as I walk up he shuts the lock on the doors practically in my face. I desperately try and say I just need a few things quickly and that it's 852 and the sign says the store is open until 9pm. He just smirks and ignores me and walks away leaving me confused and standing in the rain. Evening management doez nothing and allows it all to happen. He ruins this location and it's really unfortunate because there is no other store that's as close to me. Come during the day time because after 5p this particular employee will likely be there, and all bets are off if he wants to get home early and you become his punching bag.

Just horrible customer service. Completely...
