This was on New Year’s Eve imagine I had to attend 2 different events Even if I pulled them back and put pins on it, It Look I had staples on top of my head It was my first time going to this place I called to speak with the owner never heard back from her left my phone number and name , I called back never answer the phone I don’t have time to call at all times of the day . The person that ruin my hair did not even apologize for her mistake she actually had a smirk in her face like it was funny . The receptionist actually got up to kindly help to give my gel and pins to fix her mistake . She instead started to sweep the floor. I’m not saying all are the same but as an owner you are responsable for your employees. I will definitely tell you think twice to go to this salon.
