Croatian American Cultural Center — Attraction in San Francisco

No way ever again will I throw a party there not friendly very fake chairs are not in good shape ..and u will get extra charges u didn't even knw excited....the Lil old lady is not who she says she is...please don't waist your money renting there ....find some were else like John pomory center buy the Zoo is the best way to go...I was charged an extra for decorating on a FRIDAY ONLY FOR A COUPLE HOURS ...I WOULDN'T NOT BEEN TO DECORATE IF I DIDN'T PAY EXTRA ..WITCH WAS NOT ON TE CONTRACT...I WAS TOLD THAT I ONLY HAD Saturday to decorate. That was not enough time ...SO she took advantage a Lil old lady . And charged us more money...AND then I was charged for something else that was not even of the matter ..money hungry more like it...AND then she said to me my party was a disaster. ..not cool when it was a great 15 party ..NO she was a disaster. ..AND while we were setting up ...she had a women there watching over us ..I felt like a Lil kid getting watched... don't be fooled don't waist your money or time. ..MY mom was very upset about what we went threw.... don't get suckered in to renting please don't do it....u can get better service some...

I will never rent this hall!! Very unprofessional and rude staff, specially the old lady who's always complaining and impertinent. They did not give us time to decorate on Friday, they denied us services that not were in the contract. A totally nightmare to deal with them. Their security staff were all night inside the kitchen doing nothing. To make matters worse, they only gave us an hour and a half to get the equipment and decorations out. They are a disaster, don't waste your...
