This is at the San Francisco zoo Cafe in there. Finally covid it's winding down the zoo was pretty busy . But it was so nice after a year of being locked down to see families out and about. The lion and tiger cages aren't open the gorilla exhibit as well was down but they're working on new and bigger exhibits overall their landscaping there is beautiful I forgotten how beautiful it is. There's plenty of places to sit down all the water faucets are all closed up they follow all the sanitary rules there for this covid they have the giraffes and zebra and ostriches are all together in an exhibit at the zoo it's really nice they're out in the open🌅 and they have a really awesome bird exhibit where you can walk in and watch the birds fly around it's great. Read moreI bought a blanket, the price was too expensive but I still bought it, I went to eat at the cafeteria and when I saw the blanket it was too small, I decided to take it back at the end of my trip and when I tried to return it they told me no because they had already spent a couple of hours, I argued with the cashier because her policies are meaningless, I did not use the blanket and she was categorical in deciding not to make the change. Read moreSan Francisco zoo's gift shop is what you would expect: A nice selection of zoo themed items from toys and games to umbrellas and art pieces. It's outside the zoo proper, so you don't need to pay the entrance fee to get in, but you will probably need to pay for parking unless you don't mind a walk. They do have a decent little coffee bar too.
Certainly worth a visit if you're at the zoo, though not sure it justifies a trip...
