The employee there lack professionalism and are not willing to help out a customer their response is you need a new phone. My father went in because he had a broken phone (charger port to be exact) , the employee didn't even try to assist, and when he told my dad he needs a new phone he didnt explain why nor gave my father options with cost, sold my father a phone didnt even bother to open the box to show my father the phone or even how to turn it on. The whole time my father felt like the employee did not want to be working. Tmobile needs to do better at hiring better staff, I will be reaching out to corporate with the order number receipt for more review because my father walked out the store so confused with so many questions I can only imagine how many senior citizens are being taken...
