This review is regarding an online order I placed with Anthropologie. Last month, I ordered a Mason Pearson hair brush, and I received it very quickly. But when I opened the authentic looking box, I found a wooden hair brush that was definitely not the Mason Pearson hair brush. The box came packaged in a plastic bag that looked like it had been sealed with hot glue. I have no idea where the fraud occurred (a fraudulent return or an internal fraud by an employee?) but one thing I know is that Anthrolopogie is definitely not a trustworthy business worth my patronage. I posted the same negative review on their website but they did not post it. I didn't realize a business could filter customer's reviews like that to only post positive reviews. Recently I had an issue that I tried calling customer service about & unfortunately, they kept cutting the call, ending the chat or not following through - it was truly frustrating.
When I came into this store to return an item that was too small, I brought up my issue that I had with the online/phone chat customer service & they were able to resolve my issue for me then and there!

Read moreThis is regarding an online order I placed after checking out a different colored unit of the same item in store. I was shipped a super defective product. The customer care person was very unhelpful and told us the only option is to pack the whole item up and send it back. The problem is that it is almost impossible to pack this defective item. I tried to explain but it fell to deaf ears. Once the item reaches them, they will not send me a replacement directly. I have to go to a collection point to pick it up.
