Not even worth 1 star. Worst customer service ever. I went in and placed special order and everyone was very nice. It took more than 2 months to get item in (which I was told it would only take 2 weeks) but itâs not their fault so I didnât complain at all. I didnât bother to put make up one or wear nice clothes since I was just going in for pickup and guess what? They treated me totally differently. I guess that this girl thought I didnât ha enough money to but their stuff lol. She had this attitude whole time during the transaction (not to even mention that she didnât bother to fold my clothes, which she did for everyone else who checked out in front of me) and when I asked her to remove tag on one of the time, she fake acted like she was checking drawer and she said âI donât have scissorsâ and she left. Huh no scissors at all in store? I asked another girl and guess what she opened the exact same drawer, got the scissors out and cut the tag for me without any issue. Seriously? You think you can judge someone by what they are wearing? This is freaking 22 century...
   Read more5* for Ruby who went above and beyond in checking the store and stock room for a different size I was looking for, even though it was hectic in the changing rooms she was working in. Then she stayed on the phone TWICE to get another store to hold two items for me. Sheâs a rockstar, made my day. 1* for Kimberly who made no such effort when I asked for a different size. She simply stated that all sizes were already out on the floor - unlike Ruby, she made no attempt to even look up the item in inventory (which would have shown her that she was wrong). Then she awkwardly hovered by me when she noticed I was a paying customer browsing the floor. Then she had the gall to leave her biz card on top of my item at the register (which I promptly took off). Sorry but you should provide reasonable customer service when asked rather than benefit off somebody...
