   Read moreI came here to exchange a necklace from the San Francisco store on the same day I purchased it as I did not like it and wasnât treated well there.
Immediately upon entering and my sales rep hearing my situation a different sales rep with shoulder length bob hair proceeded to talk badly about me in Mandarin from a distance assuming I would not understand her from my appearance stating that I look like a high schooler (Iâm in my early 20âs) etc. and something about me being ABC (American Born Chinese) and I knew I wasnât having auditory hallucinations because she was saying the brand of my jacket âCanada Gooseâ and scoffed. She continuously was talking about me and complained why would I drive to San Jose to exchange/get another necklace instead of San Francisco. Obviously because I can, plus the other store didnât have it and itâs none of her damn business as Iâm spending my hard earned money. My sales rep Fah could tell I was getting irritated as I turned around and side eyed them and rolled my eyes. She offered me drinks to calm me down as she noticed I could understand them.
When I went to the store the following week to pick up my necklace it was packaged really well and I also received a travel pouch something the SF store did not offer to me.
My sales rep Fah has been nothing but extremely helpful and respectful something her coworker should learn to take after. I would highly recommend...

Brought back to the store under the two year warranty promised at purchase. Was told itâd be repaired free of charge under the warranty. 4 weeks after, had to call and found out that bvlgari would charge $170 to polish it. Bvlgari said the fast tarnish is normal wear and tear. Not something I expect for a $3.8k necklace. Donât ask me to email your customer service email. I already did, no response. Would like to return the necklace please. I donât want to baby sit the necklace and pay $170 every 6 months...
