I went in yesterday and was greeted by Jaleah at the door, she was super kind and welcoming and then proceeded to help me find an outfit for my daughter and she loved it!! She was such an angel and went over to top to make sure that my daughter was comfortable with the clothing items she was suggesting and made her feel very welcomed. I have never left a store more furious! I’ve gone to this store multiple times and everyone, except 1, has given me amazing customer service. The cashier who was wearing a grey cardigan on Sept 30th at 1pm, was SO RUDE… She gave off the Victorias Secret Eastridge vibe. This is my first time at this mall and when I came into this store I was appalled with the workers behaviors , I was in the middle of asking an employee a question and she looked at me and walked away mid question. I was confused because she wasn’t doing anything else and just walked away behind the cashier desk. I walked out immediately after this behavior makes people not want to buy from stores....
