This is the best mattress-buying experience I have ever had. I went to Mancini's and Mattress firm because I was a total newbie at researching where to buy mattresses. Regretfully, I ended up buying a mattress from Mancini's. And of course, after a few months, my back started hurting and the mattress was not what was advertised - AND for the price?? It was not worth it to buy at Mancini's.

I then searched for mattress places in the South Bay and saw City Sleep Furniture. I visited, tested out the beds, and everyone was so delightful. The owner was super helpful in explaining what mattresses work best for the different kinds of sleepers. The price was awesome as well. Moreover, they educated me about how I should best take care of my mattresses (air ventilation, avoiding mold, etc). They were very knowledgeable and kind! I just moved in my new house and I need to move a lot of stuff out and in. Especially, my TV stand was really old and brown in the color, but I don't like it very much because it doesn't match with my new house. So I decided to buy the interior including a white chest and TV stand. First thing I really like is that they have matching color and looks really nice in my house. Also, the quality is really good and it seems like you can use that for long term. Second thing is I really like the customer service which the staff is very enthusiastic to help and they have a dedicated consultation for me to choose the best furniture for my house. Lastly, the prices are really reasonable for anyone who doesn't want to spend much money on furniture but...

This is easily the best mattress shopping experience I've ever had. They gave me honest opinions about the mattresses and which one is best for which customer, which helped me to make a better decision. It's a very calm environment to shop for mattresses as well!

Previously we had a mattress from another store that didn't work for us, so we found a better option at City Sleep, on a model that we couldn't find at other places in the Bay Area. The delivery process was also very smooth and the delivery drivers came on time which helped us arrange the right time for us to wait for the drop off.

I will definitely be suggesting this place to others around me as they are a lovely business to support and get quality...
