Costco Wholesale — Local services in San Jose

This Costco is always extremely busy and is usually packed and filled with slow doddling patrons. The produce does not seem to be the freshest but thats typically due to the consumers digging through and taking out there preferred item and leaving the area a tragic mess. They seem a little more on the disorganized side when it comes to product location. This location does always seem to have a hard time closing as again the people are dragging their feet to get their items to check out. They have onsite security that cruises around the parking lot not sure the purpose but it is a nice feature to have. I will admit I know where everything is so its easy for me to get my stuff and go. However my most recent visit had me going ah ha. They have revamped their warehouse and i will say even though it drove me crazy and I became one of those doddlers it made a lot more sense. Instead of the produce room ( you know that room that shoots you with a cold gust as you walk in) is now the dairy room. This made a lot more sense as at times you woukd have to literally wait in line to grab your milk. I think for this paticular location it helped regulate the uneccesarry rummaging that was happening with their produce. To my surprise they have no print center I was a little shocked as i went to take my cartridges in to get filled. The employee their bad explained they use to it taken it out . I believe he said thejr is one other local location thaf also does not have a print center so keep an eye out for the other. Their staff always seem busy but if you ask for assistance they are very friendly. I know this particular location has gotten a bad wrap but the fact throat they are trying to adjust and revamp their location tonfut the demographics is always a good sign of good things to come. Other than the print center I have not had any issues with this Costco. Now I just need to retrain my brain on where everything is at....

if i can give 0 stars to the customer service i would !!! i'm so disappointed in this costco and how their employees attitude are towards customers ! this lady named corinna who checks peoples receipts or cards before coming in & leaving the store has been having non existing issue with me and my husband whom we do not know! literally when we enter the store she seems to be so concern if we have our membership card which we do and is the most top cards of all just to make her look even more of a hater and dumb, while she lets everyone walk in with no problem , never was she provoked to have this weird hatred obsession over us. we simply ignore her but today was unacceptable!!!!!!! she seen us walk to leave the store & quickly advised her co worker who also looked very dumb but we are giving her a break because she's old and was trying to do the most for her friend but failed ! they both not even paying attention to whos leaving the store as they should i mean i can have one of the employees check my cart but both come on it's impossible to steal at costco she made me feel completely violated as they counted and recounted my items and still they werent convinced this lady really was trying to catch us doing something when we were just simply shopping at our local costco now im super disappointed and appalled on how this lady carries herself at work she needs to be professional, she should be fired for taking advantage of her position and laughing on top of everything plus shes ugly and was so worried about my damm cheese in which i paid to top everything off they accused me of stealing my own sons diper bag absolutely disgusting!!!!!!we are considering discontinuing our member ship due to how poorly costco handled this situation neverrrrrrrrr...

Costco - One of a few employee friendly company where they treat the employees well and pay them with good benefits [Well the employees has to work hard too:-)] is an outstanding company for Employees, Customers and Vendors where the Prices are very low for the bulk purchase with a great value for the quality products they sell with limited selection. I would like to personally thank Mrs. PATRICIA - Hearing-Aid AUDIOLOGIST from this particular branch as she is a subject-matter expert whose testing of my ears exceeded the standards for her Patience, Communication and her kind behaviour where she explained about the 3 major products they offer as the hearing-aid service is FREE and their staff are NOT into commission-based Sales where they have lot of freedom to educate the final consumers like us. She helped in illustrating the various models available and finally nailed the one which I personally like which is 'Phillips Hearlink 9040 RIC T-Coil Pair with Charger' where I got the LOWEST Price of $1549.99 with NO TAX and NO Service charge. The only downside with the entire transaction is that getting appointment with 'Patricia' takes at least a few weeks but the wait is worth as we get excellent personalized service along with low price of outstanding brand quality where I don't blame the 'Hearing-Aid' department as it's a specialized service where they have limited staff and hope we don't have any other choice. I compared with other competitors in San Jose area and almost every one asked for more than $5000 for a similar hearing-aids and am happy that I got an exceptions service, thanks to 'Patricia' for her professional experience service along with low price.
