Excellent service for disabled people where drivers are prompt and courteous. And if help is required they provide a hand up!

Unfortunately their booking system is flawed where gitches occurs on a daily basis causing riders to suffer and miss their appointments.

I scheduled a pickup time for 2pm and the driver in a taxi cab with a Toyota Camry picked me up where I was cramped and not enough room. Eventually they dropped me off at 2:45pm missing my appointment! Now they won't refund my money since I stayed in the vehicle until they dropped me off.

What was I supposed to do? Jump out of the car and hitch hike to my destination with my walker?

They actually don't deserve a 1 rating! And when you call to discuss the situation they hang up on you! What customer...
