Diptyque Valley Fair — Local services in San Jose

In searching for some limited edition candles I called the Valley Fair Diptyque to see if they had any still available. I LOVE the day that I discovered Regina! She was so very helpful and able to secure a few of the limited edition candles even though they were scarce. She was very communicative and warmly let me know which scents they did have in stock.

She explained how to use and sent over the pay link so quickly!

At the end of the conversation, I asked if there were any samples or ways for her to share a scent with me. Specifically the scents for the car inserts. While there is no way to sample the car scents beads, Regina quickly thought that she could spray some of the scents on the paper scent stick and put them in my package. (As they were out of the specific tester sizes of the fragrance for the car beads.) The box just arrived and I was THRILLED to be able to try out different little scent sticks to see which is my favorite for my car to see which I would like to go with. She went above and beyond to include some other scent paper stick with other candle scents I was not sure I would like.

I will go out of my way to shop through Regina again! She was a true seasoned professional, helpful and just an absolute pleasure to shop with. Diptyque has earned a loyal customer because of my very positive experience...

Diptyque in the Westfield Valley Fair mall is super! The sales people are extremely helpful. You: curious about a frangrance, perfume, candle, etc. the staff have suggestions! My friend brought me to the boutique. She was shopping for a gift. I’m a fan already. She didn’t know about their candles (!). When I explained some of the scents, she ended up getting a candle and room spray as the gift. The box and wrapping was very festive. She also tried a new La Drogerie candle for herself. I mentioned a scent I liked and Mark (sales staff) voluntarily gave me a sample! He was so generous to do this (compared to the San Francisco store). Thank you Diptyque Valley Fair. Visiting you was a treat!!

I had the most magical experience at Diptyque thanks to Miss Bojana.

From the moment I walked in, she treated me with such grace and attentiveness that I genuinely felt like a princess. She took her time asking thoughtful questions to understand my scent preferences and guided me through the fragrances with care, creativity, and deep product knowledge. I learned so much about Diptyque not only as a brand, but fragrance in general! This the first time I’ve been in store, and I know I will be a return customer.
