I bought a Fendi watch from Nordstrom that didn’t run, so I assume it had a dead battery. I called Fendi customer service and was instructed to go to the boutique. I went to the boutique, and they recommended that I just pay for a watch repair shop to do it out of pocket myself instead of waiting for it to be shipped, which may take 8 weeks. While they were polite, I didn’t feel like I was helped when the product I just received should have been working. Expected to have consistent information so the customer service could have just told me to do that or someone should have been able to fix it in store or helped me send it off. Hope fixing it myself won’t void...

I've been to many Fendi stores around the world with my wife and this was the worst experience out of all of them. The sales person was completely disinterested in helping us. Upon asking about the different colors of the peekaboo bag they had they just responded that "about 60% of our colors are out here and there are more in the back" without giving the option to see the other colors. It felt like the only reason she followed us around the store was to make sure we...
