Most cheap looking, feeling, and just overall outright disgrace to the company as a whole. My experience and my interactions with Tiffany & Co. Has been one I will never forget. I had checking account full of money ready to buy something beautiful from what I heard was the best place to. Uy jewelry well come to find out it's not quite that it's little more complicated than that. The staff on this day in question was very rude , snotty , and overall acted as though I didn't even exist. I proceeded to look around and as I was asking about and wasn't even able to get all the words out the lady says " oh that is on backorder and we don't sale displays on discount" well first of all I didnt ask for any discounts and I was just wanting to see how it looked on me she would not let me try on , said was due to the sanitation issues due to COVID, I let that go but moments later another elderly, regular customer, came in and was basically queen of England seemed like anyways , but staff just dropped me and went straight to her aid. And told me I was to hold that there were actual "paying" customers in the store ! So what am I chopped liver!!! Like hello¿ The audacity of these non customer friendly staff, so I am starting to feel as though I am below these stuck up snobby, brown nosing cuts, pardon my French but shoe fits lace that bith up and wear it, but that's not the highlight of my very very bad experience, so I patiently wait for the to get done with "royalty" so I browse around and see a ring that I decided I would like to purchase , retail price says $17,000 as we all know there is 9x out of 10 little bit of wiggle room to negotiate, so I ask if they could accept 15,500 cash, well card, but same basically but anywho she looks at me with disgust and says the prices that are on the items are the prices they sale for if I was looking for handouts or wanting someone feel sorry for me salvation army was right up the road , that they would just like for me to leave the store , and I've done nothing wrong nothing I kept my attitude in check bite my tongue, let them snicker at me and roll their eyes . Well long story short never judge a book by their cover, never know who has money or who don't just buy their appearance, because I work hard and have my whole life and I managed to save up $279,459.60 cents and I wanted to purchase something that made me feel good so thought of Tiffany &Co. But I wound up in Kay's jewelers spent $2500 and like it more than the outrageous price of $17000 ring and I am very pleased with my decision that was made . I would like from all this bs is for the ladies with the ugly ugly attitude to be sat down and let them know the pain and suffering that their judgmental attitudes they had that day really impacted me negatively for the first few days then I prayed about it and God bless me and help me find forgiveness in my heart and I will pray for these very confused little girls! I want mention theur names not the location due to the fact that they would probably be fired and I'm not wanting that just a life lesson I would like...

I was gifted a pair of pearl earrings and within 24-hours the pearl fell off due to being improperly secured to the post. What should have been a simple fix turned into a drawn out ordeal due to the lack of care by the team at this location.
First I was asked if I’d be okay with them exchanging my earrings for a smaller pair, no, I wouldn’t be. Then I was told I’d have to pay them for an exchange for a like pair due to “tax,” on principle this is also not acceptable as I shouldn’t have to pay for their defective product. Their suggested solution was to order a new pair and have them mailed to me, but I’d have to pay for the shipping, even though overnight shipping had already been paid on the original order. To top it off they then wanted me to sign an acknowledgment saying I agreed to the shipping address listed, but it wasn’t my correct address. They claim they couldn’t update it but I should just trust them that they would use the correct address when shipping it. I refused to sign as I have no faith that they would mail the replacement pair to the correct address and by signing the wrong address I’d have no protection when they inevitably got lost.
The only option was to have them refund us for the earrings.
As a manager Daniel should have been better equipped and capable to resolve this concern in a way that actually addressed my concerns. Two very simple options would have been A) place a small discount on the earrings so that the total balanced out despite the “tax” difference or B) offered to have my existing earrings repaired as I’ve had done with several other pieces from Tiffany’s. Requiring the customer to pay to resolve them providing a damaged product is unacceptable.
Instead he refused to assist, damaged the client relationship, and ruined a birthday gift...
Read moreThis place is the reason I had given up on jewelry for goods!! It's every girls' dream to be given a blue box in a blue bag. I was no exception. After enough talking, nagging and what not, I and my bf went into a Tiff co. store at VF. I already knew what I want and my plan was to try it on and maybe some others for future purchase, figure out my size and purchase it.
Came to my surprise, I was completely ignored and looked down by all the securities and sale associates. I had better customer service at bath and body works! I literally tried to talk as loud as I can to my bf to hint that I am going to buy something here today, no one seems to care. I made my way out and never come back ever since.
After that, I made extensive research on why Tiff &co and jewelry in general are so expensive. And girls, you don't wanna know the truth. Diamonds are only expensive because there is a monopoly company who owns ALL the diamonds in the world. They determine the price. And hey, if women agree to pay, why should they lower it down? As for why Tiff& co is so expensive, it's just a brand name thing. The same reason LV is expensive. Clever marketing. Gold is expensive because it is in fact a rare metal and has many awesome properties chemically. However, its extremely overpriced here at tiff&co compare to other jewelry places. I mean metals are metals, you only pay more for the name and probably the big commission these douche-bags are getting from the sale. You can get your jewelry customizedly made for you for a fraction of the cost here so don't say its for the design. Bottom line, don't burn your hard-earned money on them!
Oh well, there goes my blue box and blue bag's dream. I never wanted a single piece of jewelry ever since then. So I guess my bf should thank Tiff&Co here for...
