I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Kay’s Jewelers thanks to Manisha and Janet. From the moment I walked in, they both made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Shopping for a wedding ring is a meaningful milestone, and they treated the entire process with the care, patience, and professionalism it deserves.

Manisha took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained the different metal options clearly, and answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and calm, personable approach made me confident in my choice. Janet was equally wonderful, her warm energy, attention to detail, and eye for style helped me envision how the ring would look and feel in everyday life. Together, they created an atmosphere that was not only professional but also personal and supportive.

I ultimately chose a tungsten wedding ring, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent, the fit is perfect, and it feels like the ideal symbol for something as important as marriage. What really impressed me, though, was how Manisha and Janet turned a purchase into an experience, one that left me feeling valued and excited about this next chapter in my life.

Poor customer service at this location. The first time I went in-store, I stood at the cash register for at least 15 minutes, while employees were tending to other customers before they even acknowledged that I was there. I was not expecting to be serviced while the employees were occupied, but a simple friendly greeting or acknowledgment would have been appreciated. After 10 minutes of the same, it felt awkward and uncomfortable that nobody had even said anything to me. One employee went so far as to avoid eye contact with me, before scurrying to get her bag and walk into the break room (i would assume for a break or lunch).

When someone finally greeted me the first thing she said was "thanks for your patience, there's a line/queue of folks waiting before we can assist" ... however had she looked up/around she would have realized I was the only other person that was waiting to be helped, and had been for 15 minutes.

It was an awful experience overall. I also ended up having to return the wedding band I purchased because they didn't...

My future husband and I came to the mall today looking for promise rings together. We went to KAY first, and Dante was the first to assist us with the rings. I was so nervous, but Dante was so friendly and helpful with showing us rings within our budget. We left to look around at some other jewelry stores in the mall, but nowhere else even compared to KAY in terms of quality, price, and customer service.

We came back to KAY and Angela was there to help us pick out our perfect ring. She was so kind and so helpful, and she even helped adjust a safety band so the ring would fit perfect for me right out the door :)
