It will be my first and last time coming here. My family and I came here on a Sunday afternoon, sure they had a long line because it was a hot day and everyone wanted boba including me. I ordered two drinks through the kiosk machine and it literally took OVER 30 mins to get my drinks. When I saw the girl behind me in line received her drinks, I was thinking wait thatâs weird, so I had to check with one of the drink servers and it was hard to even get their attention because they are âbusy making drinksâ and finally one person said oh your order didnât get printed, wow! And they knew that they had this problem and said they couldnât fix it, all they care is making money from customer and wasting customer time. Even they knew they made a mistake, I continue to wait for my drinks ( they only got one drink out with the wrong label) and when they handed me the second drink it was without the topping that I paid for, I told them thereâs no topping in my drink and they said they couldnât find them? Iâm not sure what they meant but I continued to wait for my drink, they knew I was upset but they didnât care to do anything to make it up. The entire in and out was almost 40 mins for getting TWO drinks. Clearly this Coco fresh tea franchise definitely has some management issue they...

I've always loved Coco, I go to them all the time back in Vancouver but I guess the way they make it is not the same between Canada and USA? I thought all franchises would be the same. I ordered a regular milk tea, 70% sugar.. The bubble tea came so sweet it was like 150% sweet compared to in Canada. I can literally taste a condensed milk, which is literally all that I can taste. Also I can barely taste tea and the pearls had no taste. I can't rate the other teas since I didn't have it but the pearl milk tea is literally the worst I've...

They all close relatively early since the mall closes pretty early. Only open to go but itâs a small shop so really no seating anyways. We got a regular milk tea with sago and pearls, passion fruit green tea with coconut jelly and a passion fruit black tea with coconut jelly. We got large and they donât look that big but it was hard for me to finish and my daughter put half of hers in the fridge for the next day. Our 3 drinks was $17. We would for sure come again. Not all the boba places have sago so I like...
