First off Kingsley barber shop is cool spot I have been to this establishment in the past, however recent changes in staff has me very disappointed. I am very open to barber shops with multicultural staff, however I have realized only black people can cut black hair. My recent experience is a great example. I was attended to by an Hispanic male who was very eager to assist me but didn't ask the right questions before cutting my hair. I asked for a fade, he gave me a fade that was not a fade, I asked for flat top style hair with only alittle off the top and he gave me a military style cut. Owner/ management if your going to employee non black staff please have them stick to assisting customers with hair styles they are familiar with and your black barbers shop be cutting black customers.
