Miguel is the go-to guy! I booked two separate appointments for my boys, and on the day of, Miguel personally reached out to confirm everything was still good to go. Already a great first impression.
When we arrived at the shop, it was small but had a super inviting vibe. Every barber in there was chill and welcoming, making it feel comfortable and kid-friendly. One of the barbers even offered my son snacks and a drink while we waited. That level of hospitality really stood out and shows why this place is special.
Now, as for Miguel — he killed it. He cleaned up both of my boys with absolute precision. This was our first time at the shop, and as any parent knows, trying out a new barber can be nerve-wracking. But Miguel came through like a pro and made us feel like regulars.
Highly recommend this spot, especially if you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and creates a great experience from...
Read moreI've been going to King Cuts Barbershop for years now, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Miguel. The guy is genuinely operating on another level.
I've had my share of inconsistent cuts elsewhere, but Miguel is always meticulous—it’s that crazy attention to detail that makes the difference. Whether it’s a tight fade, the beard shaping, or just making sure the line-up is surgical, he delivers every single time. You can tell he truly listens to what you're going for and provides a consultation before he even starts.
Beyond the perfect cut, the experience is super chill and professional. The shop itself has a great, clean vibe, and Miguel always makes the appointment easy. I consistently walk out of there feeling clean, sharp, and confident. If you're looking for a barber in San Jose who is consistent, professional, and treats every single cut like his advertisement, book with Miguel. You...
Read moreFirst off Kingsley barber shop is cool spot I have been to this establishment in the past, however recent changes in staff has me very disappointed. I am very open to barber shops with multicultural staff, however I have realized only black people can cut black hair. My recent experience is a great example. I was attended to by an Hispanic male who was very eager to assist me but didn't ask the right questions before cutting my hair. I asked for a fade, he gave me a fade that was not a fade, I asked for flat top style hair with only alittle off the top and he gave me a military style cut. Owner/ management if your going to employee non black staff please have them stick to assisting customers with hair styles they are familiar with and your black barbers shop be cutting black customers. That was another issue, I felt the black barber on staff brushed me off and the result is what I...
