Kloud K-Pop — Local services in San Jose

This place is simply superb, an awesome little store to splurge your heart out. I was skeptical because of the location (it's kind of out of the way and in the middle of a business area). Let's start with the staff, when I visited there was a young single gentleman working the store. Answered all questions I had with a genuine smile and was overall very positive. The prices at the store are very fair. Saw some posters outside the store only going for 11-12$ dollars and the albums inside the store were well priced. I paid 23$ an album and around like 4$ for tax so that was very nice. On top of that, they give you a freebie photocard with your purchase! Even though they are not official, they are very nice and very cool to collect! My only minor issues are 2 that go hand in hand with each other. The first is that the story is rather small, and when I say small, I mean small. I was constantly bumping into people and saying excuse me so I could get past them. There isn't much walk way in the store, from the counter to the wall of items is essentially like 2-3 steps. The second issue is that because the store is very small, only 8 people can be inside at a time, leading to a line of people outside waiting to get in. Granted, when I went the line wasn't that small. But, I went near the end of the day an hour before close. I can't speak for busier hours in the day. Other than those 2 minor issues, I highly recommend this store! Will be revisiting in the future for future purchases! (pros and cons summary below)

I cannot say enough good things about Kloud Kpop. We were in town for the Stray Kids concert and someone had recommended we stop by. My spouse and I stopped in right before our flight and they saw an Xdinary Heroes lightstick that they could not find anywhere else. The store workers put it online so my spouse could buy it and have it shipped to our house as we could not fit it in our luggage. They included some photocards as well. The shipping was cheap AND fast. I also bought a Mamamoo+ album for only ten dollars and got a free photocard. Great little store, great selection and workers. The best Kpop store around! So far, I have preordered several albums from them, have received two of those orders with more on the way, and couldn't be happier with what I got! During my first time buying from them, they were kind enough to swap album versions for me after I had already sent in my order, which was very considerate on their part since I only wanted to swap versions purely for cosmetic reasons. They have awesome preorders and POBs, and a great selection of artists so my GG loving heart is happy. They also package every item super carefully, you can tell they actually care about these products as much as we do. If they ever carry Billlie again, I will never leave
