I recently had an incredible experience with Jay, the manager at Marc Jacobs, and I just had to share! I was hunting for a limited edition tote bag, “Denim Tears,” that I needed, and after calling the store to inquire about it, I spoke with Jay.

While he regretfully informed me that they didn’t have the bag in stock, I was blown away by the customer service he provided. Instead of saying “no” and “ thank you for calling Marc Jacobs,” Jay asked about my preferences and offered to check other locations for availability.

What truly impressed me was his genuine passion for helping customers. He didn’t rush the conversation but listened attentively, ensuring me they were there to help and would do all that he could to assist me in finding the bag. Guess what? He found a bag and gave me the information, and the other store completed the transaction and shipped it to me at home.

It's rare to find good customer service and someone who cares about the customers, but Jay and Marc Jacobs did that! It wasn't anything too fancy or over the top, but something simple like, “Would you like me to check other stores for you?” I didn't even have to ask. Thanks to him. I’ll keep Marc Jacobs on my radar, and I look forward to making more purchases...

I CANNOT say enough about the store manager Jeff. He is more than knowledgeable not only about the product in his store but about the brand as a whole. I felt like I really got to understand and appreciate the purses I was looking at. He took the time to change out straps, show me colors and sizes and bring things out from the back. I never felt rushed or pressured. This was my first major purchase like this and I felt totally at ease. I was able to ask any and all questions.
