I was walking over to Best Buyās at Santa Row to have my battery replaced in my Apple I phone when I happened to see Mobile Kangaroo (a computer repair shop) I decided to walk in and ask if they could replace my battery. The service technician behind the counter said yes he could do that for me while I wait, should take about 1/2 hour and will coast $69. I asked what brand battery they used? He informed me that they are Apple certified and only use Apple factory batteries. As I waited for my phone repair another person walked in with a stuck key on her Apple laptop. She told the tech that her dog stepped on it and the key got jammed, the technician looked at it and said donāt worry Apple has a recall on the keys doing just that, leave it with me and Iāll repair it at no charge. (The guy obviously knows Apple products)
15 min went buy and he told me my phone was ready to go. Bottom line I donāt know what Best Buy would have charged to do the repair but Iām all about supporting the mom and pop places in my community, not to mention the top notch service I received from Mobile Kangaroo. If I ever need other repairās Iām sure to go back and give them my business. Good job Mobile...

They said they would call when it was repaired and didnāt so I had to call and they said they had to repair a cracked screen that was never cracked so they lied, then they said they wanted to charge a restoring fee of $69 to basically just reset the phone, something simple to do I told them Apple advised me theyāre should be no charges and when I mentioned that he tried to negotiate the price I told him no and that I would pick up the phone. I felt like I was being rushed off the phone every time I spoke with the manager, like they had urgent issues to attend to while I am a paying costumer. I was told that my Ipod would be fixed a month after dropping it off, and 5 months have passed by, and they are still working on it and seem to have no clue with what they are doing.
