I cannot stress how gorgeous this place is. I love luxury; beautiful places, and beautiful spaces. This place definitely sets the standard for minimal and luxurious in terms of med spas. My skin is pretty nice overall, but hitting my current age, you start to accumulate some dark sunspots. My goal in coming was to remove my dark sunspots so that my skin would like great without makeup again, so glad I went :)

When I first came, I was greeted by the super sweet staff. They listened to my concerns and intentions, and based on my skin goals, suggested laser therapy. I got a facial analysis, where my face was photographed through 4 types of lighting. It was really neat, I got to see what my skin type was (to see if the skincare products I was using was appropriate for my skin), my wrinkle level, pore tightness level, and dark spots level. There was definitely a lot that needed to be done lol

After that, my med spa specialist recommended pico laser therapy, which is supposed to superficially penetrate the upper layers of your skin since that's where most of your dark spots are located. Before the laser therapy, she put on a layer of numbing cream so that I wouldn't feel the laser on my face. When the laser therapy started, I was so nervous that it would hurt because my fiance did it before (to reduce his pore size) and said that it felt like snapping rubber bands lol. But it didn't hurt at all! I'd say it felt more like small soap bubbles bursting on your skin lol I think that waiting out the 20 min of numbing cream really helped :) So don't rush that process!

It was a quick and easy experience overall, I'd definitely do it again. The laser zaps the dark sunspot pigments to break them up in the superficial and slightly deeper layers of your skin. Currently, my skin is in the healing stage; the sunspots are a little darker because my skin is healing and the dark sunspot pigments are rising to the higher layers of the skin, making them more visible (so a bit darker than they originally were). I'm starting to notice a bit of crusting on some of the dark sunspots, which indicates skin healing.

Can't wait to enter the next phase of skin healing and rejuvenation when all the dark sunspot pigments have surfaced to the upper part of my skin and slough off :) Def Lindsay Lohan skin goals (I'm sure this is what she did to remove her freckles and sunspots) :)

Not only are you welcomed by the stunning interior but they have a phenomenal team of individuals that are genuinely kind hearted people and provide the best care possible.

I come to Sage for both facials and masseters treatments as well as had several Ketamine treatments done.

I come to Connie for my hydra facial treatments every month. She's personable and knowledgeable in the field of skincare. She is attentive and aware of my exact skin care needs and has a very gentle but affective touch when working with you. The hydra facial always leaves my skin feeling rejuvenated, hydrated, brighter, and glowy.

I also go to see Jamieson for my masseters. He is also very knowledgeable and skilled with injections. Getting my masseters done helps alleviate clenching issues due to tension and also helps my jawline looking slimmer and more defined. I've had noticeable and lasting results that I've been very satisfied with.

My most significant experience with Sage is my journey with their ketamine treatments. I've been curious in trying other methods to help improve my mental health. I'm very glad that I went with Sage. All the members at Sage work as a team to provide exceptional care for their clients. When it comes to mental health, feeling safe and supported is what you hope for and that is exactly the kind of care I have received from all members who have assisted in my ketamine treatments. With every treatment I've been scheduled for, I've came in trusting that I'm in good hands. Both Minh and Natalie who have assisted with the Iv placement are very kind, caring, and skilled. Notably Tin, who was my integration coach has been phenomenal when initiating the ketamine treatments. He always provided a safe, calm, and personable approach in preparing me to get the most out of the treatments by helping me stay calm and focus for each session. Throughout my journey with each ketamine treatment, I've noticed profound clarity and improvement in my mental health and wellbeing with each session progressively bringing me one step closer to reaching my goals in self discovery and overcoming mental hardships. I feel confident that if life was to ever take another turn, I can come again to heal with the care provided...

I can’t stress enough how this the best experience I’ve ever had at a med spa. The only time I’ve truly walked away feeling 100% confident in the quality of my results and like I was really listened to and guided through a really vulnerable process.

I don’t know what the correct title is but Jamieson, the person who did my injectables, was phenomenal. I was so comfortable talking to him. He made suggestions (great suggestions) on what we could do and explained them really clearly so I could truly understand the changes being made to me. The actual process was quick and relatively painless, which is definitely saying something. I had practically no bruising afterwards and have already had the few people I’ve seen compliment me on how I have a special glow about me or something (I said I got a new foundation) but really it was expertly placed filler and Botox.

The rest of the team were also lovely. Angie immediately made me feel at home when I walked in and clearly had a true love for what she did which is always a breath of fresh air. You can always tell when someone actually loves their job and is passionate about the work because it seeps into the entire experience of being in that space - exactly what happened. I didn’t catch the other guys name but the other team member I interacted with was very polite and went out of his way to make sure my water bottle was full of cold water on my way out into the hot afternoon.
