Soma — Local services in San Jose

I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're a 40" band or above. All of the larger bras are kept in the back, so you can't even see what they have. Could be the larger sizes of the bras on the sales floor are kept back there to make room? But I really don't know since the associate didn't explain anything to me. I was sized, and then she just gave me a bunch of bras from the back room to try on that I didn't even see on the sales floor. When I tried to go back out front to see if there was a style I liked out of what was on display, she just told me that wasn't my size wasn't out there and gave me more bras I didn't like. It was then I realized that they don't even keep larger than 38" on the sales floor to look at. I was pretty much emotionally done after that and just left. I mean, I feel bad because she was the only person working there from the looks of it and there were other customers. But it would have been nice if she explained to me how it all worked, especially since this was my first time there, and this kind of shopping makes me feel self conscious already. I left feeling really disheartened as I was really hoping to find a few nice pieces for myself and not have to go to Victoria's Secret. Overall, I might be willing to try this brand again maybe at a different location, and maybe if they will actually put larger sizes on the sales floor, and not in some back room. But I don't know, the whole experience left me feeling...

Brianna was so incredibly helpful. She was patient and offerred her amazing services. While in the change room, I over heard a convo she was having with her team, and she sounded like an amazing manager. So personable and product knowledgeable to both staff and customers. It was my first time visiting this store, as in from Canada, but Brianna really left a positive experience for me. I highly recommend this location. Ask...

I like this brand, but a strong lady and a skinny lady are not patient to service customer, there are no some color that I want, but they cheat me no more on line too, I want buy more, she said I only buy ten … and they looks very nice but actually very rude. liar, when I left she said bad words! I complained to their manager, she is not good too. Sucks! Only the lady who wear lips ring is very nice!...
