Ding Tea House — Restaurant in San Jose

When you go make sure it's something g you've had before at their place because even if you've had it elsewhere it might not be the same and they won't exchange it. I ordered the winter melon tea and thought it was too strong so I asked for a new one or another drink. They made a big deal out of it and said what drink did I want and when I said what I wanted they said I couldn't? So I chose another one from the same section and they said no. So why tell me I could?? They proceeded to pour the drink out and distribute it to the employees while saying it was good. Mind you I was a very frequent customer and I would buy multiple when I would go. Needless to say that will be the last time I go or...

Ding Tea, this is special spot, we did a scavenger hunt which reviwed some of the marvelous murals in downtown San Jose. It was an 11 year old, birthday and Boba Tea is one of her favorite things, along with ramen. This place has both and a mural on the wall as well as post it notes to say how much you love the tea. The drinks were too sweet the service was sooo bad, first we waited 30 mins to wait when we were first in line cause she had to make another persons drink but there were two workers, second when we ordered the worker rolled her eyes at us, third when we bought it with a credit card we didn’t know we have to give her 25 cents but when she explained we had to do that she said “Sorry you can’t buy these drinks with credit” but the policy was 25 cents to buy with credit.
