10 stars for Los Lagos as an event space. Huge thank you to the amazing event coordinator Karina Marquez. We held my morher’s memorial Celebration of Life at Los Lagos, and everything was absolutely perfect. Karina was extremely professional, empathetic, helpful and paid attention to all the details to honor my mom. Everything was set up so beautiful. My entire family had a great time and it was the perfect venue to celebrate my mom. The sunset at the end of the evening overlooking the golf course was just the cherry on top of a very emotional but beautiful celebration. I can’t thank Karina and the rest of the staff that assisted during our event enough. Highly recommend this venue for any type of special event. This is actually the first review I’ve ever put online. I was so frustrated and unhappy when I left Los Lagos I needed to do it. If I could give this place negative stars I would. It started off with the girl in the snack shop. I was standing at the window to order for 5 minutes and I asked her where I need to order and she said right here as she was texting or swiping on her phone. When I did order, she took almost 10 minutes to go through with it. Golf course was a mess. It was way over watered and balls were plugging in the middle of summer. Homeless people were pushing shopping carts down the cart paths trying to get to the other side of the property. On the 17th hole the marshal came up to us and said we can’t play the last hole because the course closes at 6. There was at least 45 minutes left of sunlight. I will...

Very unprofessional. Had a 7:39 tee time, two were on the tee box and 2 were on their way out to the tee. The cart barn guy named Gary proceeded to yell at us from the practice green area at 7 30 to hurry up and tee off. I talked to him at the end of our round when I dropped the cart off. He proceeded by saying he didn't not say profanity. That wasn't my point my point was that he pushed us 10 min early and he refused to apologize. I told him profanity or not you don't yell across the golf course to push people that had a scheduled tee time.. Gary needs to learn how to act on a golf course. He should either stay in the cart barn where he told me he wasn't happy or be let go. No need for attitude like that at a place where people come to have a good time.
