We had the most incredible service! The website/booking was user friendly. We had last minute additions to our reservation for tables and chairs and service was outstanding! We were accommodated and an updated invoice was sent shortly after. The team was professional and personable. I was amazed by the efficiency in the delivery and set up. Our family and guests had an absolutely blast and we were able to keep the bounce house over night for extended fun the next day! The team was communicative as to when to expect the pick up. Upon arrival they cleaned and sanitized before tear down and packed up. I also received some future fun recommendations for what our lawn could accommodate (ie. a water slide) which I really appreciated! Great service with TJ and his brother. They are both very accomdating with time schedule. If you have a busy party ahead of you, TJ makes your rental service worry free. They were able to answer questions by phone & by text messaging. Rented out 2 bouncers from them. Both bouncers are new and clean. The first time I rented from TJ's was they were able to accomdate a last minuite chair rentals with the bouncer I already had on order. In addition, rented the slide with the bouncer. Wasn't able to use the water for the slide, but the kids liked the slide anyway. 2nd time rented their Truckzilla bouncer. The monster truck infront of the bouncer was not what I was expecting.
