The only good thing was that the food was fresh. I ordered online but arrived a few minutes earlier than the time frame given to me on the app. We felt unsafe while we were there because the parking lot was very dark. Even if we had not gotten there early we still would not have felt safe. There was a homeless gentleman that was obviously intoxicated standing right outside the door. He was approaching everyone in a hostile way. He finally left but we still felt unsafe because it was so dark we couldn'tsee where he had went. On another note, I was parked in front and could see inside and there was always more customers in the building than what was posted on the door for Covid restrictions. When I went in there was a guy that also ordered online trying to get his food out of the portal. But it was all stuffed so tightly that when he pulled out the pizza box, his box of chicken wings fell on the floor. Then when I went to get my food out, I had to pry my pizza boxes out cause they were all stuffed too tightly into one portal. One of my pizzas almost fell on the floor just like the guys chicken wings. I think the problem is that on the employee side of the portal, they have more room to slide the items into it, but on the customer side, there is less room to take the stuff out because of the portal door that lifts up. Just was not a good experience this...

I recently visited the Little Caesars Pizza location on E Julian St in San Jose, CA, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff lacked enthusiasm and seemed indifferent to customer service. The ambiance was lacking, with outdated decor and an overall unkempt appearance.
As for the pizza itself, it was a letdown. The crust was doughy and undercooked, lacking the crispiness and flavor one would expect from a quality pizza. The toppings were sparse and seemed to be of low quality, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and texture. It felt like a rushed assembly line product rather than a carefully crafted dish.
To make matters worse, the wait time was excessive, despite there being few customers in the store. It was clear that efficiency and organization were lacking in the kitchen, leading to frustrating delays for customers.
Overall, my experience at this Little Caesars Pizza was disappointing. From the lackluster customer service to the subpar quality of the pizza itself, I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return in the future. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a satisfying...
Read moreLittle Caesars is the place to go if you want a hot, fresh pizza in 15mins. Or if you have simple taste, cheese or pepperoni it may already to done. The counter person very nice and helpful when I was trying to decide which pizza I would get. They even offer half in half which works well if you don't need two whole pizzas. Will definitely go back to this one. Pizza taste good, toppings fresh, and their extra cheese was really extra, I could tell it was there. If you are a cheese lover like myself, you get it. Lastly the prices were good as well. Not breaking the bank here. Oh before I forget the wings were good too! Oh yeah, I got double orders of them. I like the plain and hot sauce...
