I totally agree with Mr. Bauman's comments on store employees' rudeness. I've been a loyal customer to this brand almost 10 years, can't believe today I had to experience the the rude and insulting customer service at this store. I want the company know the store manager Julie Sunna is extremely rude and mean to me. I was trying to either return or exchange one piece garment which is too large for the size S, the way she treated me like I was trying to take advantage of the store, and when she said she was the store manager, the look on her face was like she was superior to everybody. FYI for other shoppers, she is the white tall woman in that store. Julie Sunna was the worst sales associate I've ever met. Cap letter MEAN. Read moreI really like this store but it seems their hours are unpredictable… today (07/19) was the second time I came to the store in the last few weeks when the mall is open but WHBM store was closed. I came at 10:05am and it was closed. I did my other shopping and came back at 10:30 AM… Still closed, all lights turned off. I saw another customer try the doors but they were locked. I live about half an hour away so it is a special trip each time and it is disappointing to plan a trip but to not be able to actually go...

She was at the register with a $1000 purchase...we had to walk out and leave all the clothing there due to how rude the manager was to us. For a silver member to be treated the way she was, was unexpected. Most of the staff at this location were not working, just hanging out and chatting. We have never had to start our own room and pull sizes ourselves. This may stop my mom's WHBM patronage...Avoid this...
