Today was my first time visiting this specific store. As soon as I walked in a tall lady with black hair I believe she was Asian that works there said “20 more mins” to another co-worker. Meaning that the store was going to close at 9:00pm. They didn’t even welcome me with a “hello” it seemed they were not happy that the store was about to close and people still coming in. I didn’t like their vibe at all but unfortunately I needed to purchase some shorts that wanted to try them on but since I saw them with bad attitude I decided to try them at home and didn’t even ask for the fitting rooms. I was ready to pay and again not even hello just “are you ready?”. No eye contact, no even a thanks after the purchase. I barely took like 5 mins inside the store and wanted to leave right away. I don’t really like to Post bad reviews but I do work for customer service and I’ll say THEY NEED SOME TRAINING OR CHANGE THEIR ATTITUDE or just get another job that they really enjoy. Just a reminder the People that come into the store are not your clients young lady. The people that come to the store are the store clients and you got to treat their clients with the best customer service that’s what you get pay for. You represent the company. I went to check out this store not long after it first opened. There were four employees and no customers inside, and when I stepped in we just had a nonverbal acknowledgement of each others existences; they just all stood facing me and stared like bodyguards nervous to see customers. Not a bad thing, just kind of awkward and low-key funny. When I got within a foot radius of a clothing item, they immediately asked if I needed help, kind of like they were scared of me touching things. Everything was pristine since it was new, so l kind of get it. I wanted to check out a hoodie, but their staring just made me feel a bit awkward. Jae was super helpful with my orders and she provided the greatest customer service I ever had in the Bay Area. Having living in Asia, I have high standards with service quality, so I don’t give such compliments easily. With that in mind, Jae knows the product well and provides great customer service. The store is lucky to have her. The store offers quality clothes and the price is reasonable. Other employees in the store also service well and easy to approach. Will definitely come back again and recommend here...
