There wasn't anything extraordinary about our visit. When we arrived, the store was practically empty. The moment we walked in, a young man greeted us immediately. However, the sales associate who helped us, although sonewhat cordial, didn't seem too interested in us. Don't get me wrong, he answered all our questions, but... you just KNOW when someone is willing to go out of their way to make you a satisfied customer. And we didn't perceive that from him. Maybe we'll go back for Black Friday...

My initial impression, awful. Walked in, sales employees would look at you and keep walking. It wasn't after more than 10 minutes that the receptionist asked if anyone was helping me. I said no, "after so long" she responded. She directed me to an employee sitting in front of his PC, fortunately he was very helpful and found the product for me (an A/C) and processed the order.
