Today I went there and stood on line for more than 15 min without been acknowledged by the woman in the cash register that kept counting money ignoring all of us on line.When I asked if we could place an order she just waved her hand to wait not even apologizing.Another came by to talk to her also did not even looked at us. The kept talking and joking and ignoring costumers standing.All of a sudden a guy came out of the kitchen and told us kitchen is closed for 20 min ( you know is going to b longer than that) .We told him could not you told us that ?!!! We ve been standing here been ignored.No apologies the woman just walked away and he shrugged his shoulders.Is not that they were busy either ,there were 5 people behind the counter,chatting among them selves nobody cleaning tables etc.And it was only three of us on line!! This place is not clean all tables were dirty ,the place looks unkept and God knows how the kitchen looks .I left ,Disappointed with the lack of concern for costumers .But unfortunately that’s how it rolls in some...

Wanted to walk around Get out A bit from the Royal Soneta Hotel and went to this place close by.... Walked in, was Greeted by 1st cashier, Ask him if I can order breakfast and he sended me to the other side. I Walked to the breakfast area close by was also a cool little bar. The other cashier was to busy to even greet me or to say anything. I patiently waited around 5 minutes, then when she was finally free ,took my order. I waited around 10 minutes and she gave me my food. The egg sandwich was ok. Needed more cheese. The orange juice was a bit bitter...I only drank half of it. The place looks nice. But the tables needed to be wipe. People was coming in and out. Sitting and going. No one wiped the tables. Another place that need more employees. But Overall do recommen....
