I went to this place just because I was in the area & I am so happy I did. I'm new to the area from Virginia . I walked in and was greeted by Ms.Gabby immediately. I noticed that she didn't speak English so I used the translator app on Google to inform her on what I wanted. We had a little struggle at first because I don't speak Spanish but she was patient with me and helped me anyway! My nails look AMAZING! She took her time and still finished in a timely manner. They are probably the best / neatest set I've ever received. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MS.GABBY! also I don't know the other female name that was working but she was doing a female nails beside me, a longer pointy set- they were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL aswell! If u could give 0 star i would. Everything about the service was bad. The customer services was terrible they semed annoyed with us. When asking questions had additude so i was tense the Whole appointment. They Ruth es my service i added pictures how they siento even make sure the design was good all smudge and dirty looking. When ask to get it fix they looked upset about it. They charged me 72 dollars for this work. I understand that nails are expensive and I don’t mind paying but for this terrible service and work I do not believe is okay is a total rip off. The acrylic wasn’t even shaped correctly. I scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance at 12pm. I got to appointment on time and was told someone would be with me in 10minutes. Fifteen minutes pass, and I ask if they will take any longer. The receptionist (nice lady) asks the manicurist and she tells her about another 10 minutes. It’s 12:25pm and the manicurist is still busy with the other client. I asked if they were not aware there was an appointment scheduled at 12pm, receptionist said, “Yes they were aware, I am not sure what happened, I just got here.” Disappointed.
