El Pato Mexican Food — Restaurant in San Juan

In this picture, I’m squeezing the tortilla very hard, it’s stiff. Which would be fine if it wasn’t supposed to be a pato LIGHTLY toasted. Wasted 3 bucks and can’t get a refund/remake because I don’t know where I put the receipt. This is the third time this has happened. The first time they pointed it out before handing it to my boyfriend and gave us credits. I went back the next day, was given attitude and was interrupted. All I got to say was “Hi, sorry, I came in yesterday and-“ She slightly raised her voice sounding annoyed and exasperated, “Do you have credits yes or no?” I got one burnt pato somehow the inside was still cold and the cheese was not melted. (Honestly, I thought it was because the lady said something to them through the window. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause more problems) The second time, I got one cheese pato toasted and it was black, slightly melted. I was too busy that day and left it alone. I went to dine in and received my oder it was missing a child torado asked the team leader she said there already making it waited a couple more minutes got up approached the counter and another lady name Lizette was holding it in her hand talking to the team leader so I was handed my child torado at the counter went back to my table opened my pato was the wrong chesse in my pato which is extra charge so I would like my oder correctly I am a paying customer well she started yelling excessively in front of other customers didn't even want to eat my food no more called the corporate made a report and as I was leaving she continued yelling at me as I was leaving apparently as she says she didn't care the gm was walking threw the door as I was walking out I hope this matter is handled it is...

We love our experience every time we stop by everything felt so personal with the staff. I love that at this location they treat us like they know us, they love to make conversation the joke around they're laughing they are smiling it makes the atmosphere feel so welcoming. The tacos are always well served with filling portions.they do not skimp out on the filling. Also customer service is on point, even when they make mistakes they're good about fixing it for example they forgot to give us two tacos in our order and they were very good about fixing it immediately.
