Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Juan

Horrible service, a team leader took my order and completely disregarded almost everything I asked for. I requested; 2 chicken sandwiches, a large order of CURLY fries, 2 orders of tacos and 2 shakes one was supposed to be LARGE. However I only recived 2 chicken sandwiches that didn't disappoint, and regular fries. When I pulled back arount to let them know they had misunderstood my order the "team leader" at the window said well i charged you a small shake and didnt charge my tacos with the body language as if she was telling me to leave... Then being upset at the action i asked for a manager and the girl responded with the snobbiest additude "I am a team leader, I count as a manager" she kept up the horible aditude as I singled someone, with the word manager on her name plate, and her solution to the whole problem was to get after me saying I the consumer did not read the screen to verify the order was correct.... They ruined my appetite and my night... So much for a quick meal after a long day of hard work keeping America moving... Bottom line if your craving Jack in the Box head 1 mile east to the next franchise where they'll listen to you the first time and not get mad at you if...

They had nothing that I picked out from the menu & Disgusted by the service!! I was there to buy myself food and a person in need a meal (not that it matters to you but he was and looked starved!) don’t really care how I was treated but i do care about how they made this person less and how he was being talked to it made me furious!!
