I have worked in customer service over 20 years and I have never been treated like this lady that owns this flower shop (Mercedes) treated me. All I was doing was looking over my flower arraignment to make sure that what I was purchasing was in good condition, when she starts telling me not to touch her flowers I responded by telling her I am not damaging the flowers I am just looking over them as any customer who is buying something would expect to do. Her tone of voice, her way of talking to me like if I was a child was very disrespectful and I would not recommend anyone to go to this flower shop, especially if its an important day for you and your trying your best to make sure that the flowers you get for that special some one are perfect and in good condition.
