I've never been to the bar, but Hidden Star sometimes comes to the Fairfax Farmers Market. I've tried several of their hard ciders and am absolutely thrilled with the Goldrush variety. It's dry without any weird aftertaste and very flavorful. I'm not a fan of sugary drinks and have been seeking a full-bodied dry cider since my previous favorite stopped bottling about 20 years ago. This is now my favorite. My next pick is the Queen of Tarts which has lemon added. It's also good, but a touch sour for me.
