Do yourself and your family a favor and get pizza from somewhere else. Placed an online order. Door dash fulfills these orders. Driver came and didn't have the drinks I paid for - when asked he said this was all he had. Called the number given for any problems with the order was on hold for over 20 minutes. Googled how to get a refund for a wrong order and one of the results said to call the store that fulfilled the order for a refund. Called the store. Spoke to 2 different people telling them the SAME thing about what went wrong with the order. All I wanted was a refund; I could hear each of them translating to someone else in Spanish in the background. The 2nd person I spoke to said I could come in and pickup the drinks. I told her the whole point in me getting the order delivered was obviously so I didn't have to drive to the store. She then passed the phone to a 3rd person who was extremely difficult to understand and didn't use full sentences when she spoke. Itold her 2x what I had already told the other two employees. When I asked for the manager she claimed to be the store manager. She said her name is Laura then when I asked to spell it out, give me her employee ID and the number for corporate all of the sudden she acted as if she couldn't hear me and asked if I can call back. I refused to call back.. She spelt out Lora and kept saying she couldn't hear me if i can call back and then she disconnected. Tried calling right back they let the phone ring numerous times then someone picked up and hung up right away. Kept trying to call back and the same thing happened. After 7 tries I'm back on hold with doordash trying to get a refund while getting ready for work. If this is how they treat you over a simple refund, imagine how customer service must be in store and over anything else! **update after another 15min on hold with little Ceasars customer service the refund has been requested. How a STORE MANAGER couldn't figure out how to do that is beyond me if I could give 0 stars this store would be the unlucky winner.. Once again, if you're in need of a quick inexpensive meal avoid this place...

Ordered thru the pizza portal... Showed up and my pizza wasn't ready... Teller told me she would call when it was... They were really busy so I figured my pizza that I ordered 20 min prior was not done and it would be done in a couple minutes... 30 minutes later no call and I noticed the pizza portal had no orders pending but there was a pizza waiting under the slot where my order was supposed to go... The pizza was sitting there when I originally went to the portal... Complained about the mistake they made and asked for a refund as I was done waiting.... Manager ( butch looking female) told me I would receive my refund within 12-22 days... Never heard that one before... Called today after day 23 and spoke to a different manager.... She pulled up my order and said that they had cancelled it already and I should call my bank... A minute after hanging up I received an email stating the order was cancelled just now... I never received a cancel email the day of the incident so clearly they were lying as this wasn't the first time I had an order cancelled ( previous order at different location was out of the item) and I knew that they send emails for online orders... Spoke to corporate who said thats odd as our return policy takes no more than 3 days.... Now like I said this place was busy that day and I witnessed more than one pizza end up in the trash due to mistakes... So my guess is they she told me this fake long date to wait for my refund of 6.50 hoping I would forget the incident and they would lose less money... Still waiting on my refund but since I have an actual receipt now I'm actually...

I can understand being out of something, but every single visit, regardless of time of day, is ridiculous. The only thing ready is plain cheese, and if lucky, maybe some pepperoni. I have yet to get a deep dish there, which I ask for each time I've gone. Today was the last straw though. I asked if they had any "hot & ready" deep dish ready, not expecting anything different. I was told no, Id have to wait. I asked what they had ready, and was told they only had the Extramostbestest which is a dollar more. I decided to settle for that.
