Placed an order received a confirmation text with pick time. Went in and waited in a very long pick up line to be told by ALEX that there was no Order for me “what did I order” I told him wat I ordered and showed him my confirmation text and he said he didn’t know. I asked if I could get four dabwoods 2 sativa 2 indica highest TCH and he pulled out 3 dadwoods from underneath the cash register and didn’t even go look and tells me that’s all he has I picked one and asked if I could get 3 more of the same kind he said that was all he had and that he had to help the ppl in line as if I didn’t wait in that long line too and it wasn’t my fault my order didn’t go appear. At the same time the girl at the cash register next to him started helping a girl who placed her order while she was in line and tells that cashier that her order was still in the process of being verified yet she got helped she got what she wanted. She wasn’t talked to rudely yet. I was practically told this is what you get to pick from and that’s it or get back in line again. I didn’t even get a fake apology which is a bare minimum. It’s not the first time my order isn’t ready for some reason doesn’t go through or appear even though I get a confirmation. which I’ve never had an issue with because the person helping me has always been nice and filled my order, but he didn’t even bother checking why my order was not ready or canceled I was there within my pick up time according to my confirmation text. It’s a Friday night both lines were really long I had my confirmation text plus I had already been in the long line. He didn’t have to be rude the whole time and could have just helped me. instead my only option was from what he had under the cash register, which was things he had gone to get for other ppl that they didn’t want. I was annoyed once again because I asked him for 3 cartridges highest THC sativa from another brand and he brings me 2 Indica, and once again tells me that’s it and start to charge me. Once again I didn’t want to wait in line again and...

I was assisted by Ryan on 7-16-2023 at roughly 8:45 pm. This was my first time visiting Nug Wellness as my go to is usually Blum which is down the street. Blum's selection has been quite vague and the last couple of times I received sub par service from Blum. Their staff can be very rude at times in my experience. My wife and I walked in and were greeted by an extremely kind woman whos name i did not catch, she informed us of all the deals and promotions as well as the first timer perks we would receive. I had placed an order online prior to arriving while my wife stood in line as she wanted to see the MASSIVE selection that Nug Wellness has to offer. Ryan helped me promptly as I walked up to the online order section. I gave him my name and he was unable to find my order in the database. (Potentially because i placed an order as an unverified customer in their system) He informed me he would help me pull my order and get me on my way. I was so pleased by this as he did not make me get back in line. From there he made several recommendations and was a wealth of knowledge in his field. He suggested a brand that was slightly less expensive that was on sale over the new brand i was thinking of trying. He was patient and answered all my questions. His recommendation was spot on to the quality i was looking for. He rang me out wished me a great day. I continued to my wife where she was also provided the same exceptional service by a man named Julian. I never do reviews, only when I receive exceptional service.

Nug Wellness is on another level to have been assisted by 3 people with exceptional service, prices, discounts, and quality galore i will never go anywhere else.

Nick was the coolest! Knowledgeable about products and gave great recommendationsa Love the vibe and love that security really enforces mask wearing. Security is always really nice.

1/19/24 I haven't been by in a while, so I wasn't aware there was an app now, which I think is pretty cool. Ryan was very professional and kind in explaining the app. I'll say it forever- Nugs prices can't be beat. Definitely go out of my way everytime to go to Nug.
