I've been buying here for several years. I buy about $3,000 per year. Service has gone down drastically. Recently they have charged me for a random ghost purchase. It took three tries to unsuccessfully get the charge removed. I did so with credit card finally, no thanks to wine.com. Last several shipments were delayed. No communication from them.
